The Hadiths say and /or actions with the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that have been witness through the companions in the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and after that written down for record. Since muslims believe that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who were tested of their lives to guide people who had opted astray and produce them for the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that that is sent as a result of us which that has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that that is provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which has been given towards the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad is gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
