Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah and that that has been sent as a result of us and that which has been sent as a result of Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that is directed at Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), understanding that that is given towards the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."

Today because the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths will give you true guidance.
