The Hadiths say and /or actions with the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that had been witness by the companions from the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and then written down for record. Since muslims believe that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who have been tested in their lives to steer individuals who had opted astray and bring them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We trust Allah and that which has been sent right down to us which which was sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that is given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which that has been given on the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad is there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
