Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah knowning that that is sent into us knowning that which has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that which has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which has been given on the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've submitted (in Islam)."

Today since last Prophet Muhammad had been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
