Since muslims feel that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only select the right among mankind who were tested in their lives to lead individuals who had opted astray and bring them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah and that which was sent right down to us understanding that which has been sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that that is presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which that has been given for the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad has already been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
