We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
