The Hadiths say and /or actions with the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which are witness through the companions of the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and then written down for record. Since muslims think that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the right among mankind who have been tested inside their lives to lead those who choose to go astray and convey them to the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah understanding that that has been sent into us which that has been sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which has been presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), understanding that which has been given on the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad was already gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
