We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."

Today since last Prophet Muhammad was already gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
