Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah understanding that which has been sent right down to us and that that is sent as a result of Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that which was directed at Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that which was given to the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today since last Prophet Muhammad was already there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
