Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah which that is sent as a result of us which that has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which was given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which has been given to the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad has already been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
