Since muslims believe that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the right among mankind who have been tested within their lives to lead people who choose to go astray and produce them towards the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah and that which was sent right down to us which that is sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that is given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which was given towards the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad had been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
