Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah and that which was sent as a result of us knowning that that has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), understanding that which has been given on the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've submitted (in Islam)."

Today because the last Prophet Muhammad is there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
