Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah which that has been sent into us understanding that which was sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that that has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that that is given to the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad is there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
