The Hadiths assert and /or actions of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that have been witness through the companions from the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) then written down for record. Since muslims feel that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the right among mankind who were tested within their lives to lead individuals who had gone astray and produce them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We trust Allah and that that has been sent into us understanding that that is sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that which has been given to the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we've submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad had been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
