Since muslims believe that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who have been tested in their lives to steer individuals who choose to go astray and provide them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah and that which has been sent right down to us knowning that that has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that is provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which has been given on the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad was already gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
