Since muslims feel that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only select the right among mankind have been tested in their lives to lead those who went astray and bring them for the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah and that that is sent into us understanding that that has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that that has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), understanding that that is given for the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad has already been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
