www.girlsaskguys.com | To learn about Islam is important whether you are a Muslim or otherwise not, since 25% or 1.5 billion in the world's population is Muslim. All the media interest in Islam with all the "war on terror" to get the correct information is vital. Website from non-Muslim sources vary from the outright offensive towards the factually incorrect only Islamic websites by Muslims may give the true picture.
The information of these sites must be copied from the Quran and Hadiths. The Quran may be the word of Allah(swt) as given directly or by angel Jibril (gabril)(AS) for the last and final seal of the prophets Muhammad (pbuh). As the verses were revealed the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) would recite them to his companions who does memorise them plus write them down and distribute them on the list of muslim community. So the Quran is the recorded word of Allah(swt) from the messenger of Allah(swt) the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) then there is only one version with the Quran without an individual word altered since the revelation on the present day. The Hadiths are saying and /or actions of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that have been witness through the companions of the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and then written down for record. Since muslims believe the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind have been tested inside their lives to steer people that had opted astray and produce them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah knowning that which has been sent into us knowning that that has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that which has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which was given for the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad is there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths will give you true guidance.
