Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah knowning that that is sent right down to us understanding that which has been sent as a result of Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which was presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which has been given for the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."

Today because the last Prophet Muhammad has already been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths will give you true guidance.
