The information during these sites have to be backed up from the Quran and Hadiths. The Quran may be the word of Allah(swt) as given directly or by angel Jibril (gabril)(AS) for the last and final seal of the prophets Muhammad (pbuh). As the verses were revealed the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) would recite these to his companions who would memorise them as well as write them down and distribute them among the muslim community. So the Quran will be the recorded word of Allah(swt) directly from the messenger of Allah(swt) the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and there is only one version in the Quran without a single word altered since the revelation to the present day. The Hadiths are saying and /or actions with the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which are witness by the companions with the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) then written down for record. Since muslims feel that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the right among mankind who were tested in their lives to lead people that went astray and provide them towards the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah which that has been sent down to us knowning that that has been sent as a result of Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that which has been given on the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad is there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
