Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah and that that is sent as a result of us knowning that which has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad has already been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
