We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."

Today since last Prophet Muhammad was already there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
