We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."

Today because the last Prophet Muhammad is there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
