Since muslims believe the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only select the right among mankind who have been tested inside their lives to steer individuals who choose to go astray and bring them to the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah and that that is sent down to us and that that has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that that is given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which has been given towards the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad had been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
