The Hadiths are saying and /or actions from the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which are witness by the companions of the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and after that written down for record. Since muslims believe that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only select the right among mankind who have been tested of their lives to lead individuals who had gone astray and provide them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that which was sent as a result of us and that which has been sent as a result of Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that is directed at Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which has been given to the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we've submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad has already been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
