We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we've submitted (in Islam)."

Today since last Prophet Muhammad was already there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
