The Hadiths are saying and /or actions from the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that have been witness by the companions in the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) after which written down for record. Since muslims believe the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the best among mankind who were tested inside their lives to lead people who choose to go astray and bring them towards the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah which that has been sent into us and that that has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), understanding that that is given on the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad was already gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
