Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah understanding that that has been sent right down to us which that has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that which was provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that which was given on the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."

Today since last Prophet Muhammad was already there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths will give you true guidance.
