Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah which that is sent into us knowning that that has been sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which which has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that is given for the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."

Today since the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
