The Hadiths say and /or actions from the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) which were witness from the companions with the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) then written down for record. Since muslims believe the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who were tested of their lives to lead people who had gone astray and produce them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah which which was sent down to us understanding that which has been sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which was provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that has been given on the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad is gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
