The Hadiths say and /or actions in the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that had been witness through the companions with the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) after which written down for record. Since muslims feel that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the right among mankind who were tested inside their lives to lead people that had opted astray and produce them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that that has been sent down to us knowning that which has been sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which was given for the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad is gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
