Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that that has been sent right down to us which which has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring of the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that which was presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that has been given towards the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
