Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that which was sent right down to us knowning that that is sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that which was presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that has been given for the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad had been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
