Since muslims believe the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who have been tested in their lives to lead people that went astray and produce them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah which that is sent into us understanding that that is sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that which was directed at Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which was given for the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've submitted (in Islam)."
Today since last Prophet Muhammad had been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
