Since muslims believe the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only pick the right among mankind who were tested inside their lives to guide people who had gone astray and convey them to the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah which which has been sent into us which which was sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which that has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that has been given towards the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad had been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths will give you true guidance.
