Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah understanding that which has been sent right down to us understanding that which has been sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), understanding that that has been given towards the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad is there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
