Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that that has been sent down to us and that that has been sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that that is directed at Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which was given for the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and also to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today since last Prophet Muhammad is there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
