We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad has already been gone will be the more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
