Since muslims believe that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who have been tested of their lives to steer individuals who had gone astray and convey them on the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah understanding that that is sent right down to us and that which was sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], and that that is presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), which which was given towards the prophets off their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've submitted (in Islam)."
Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad was already there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will return no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
