Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah knowning that which was sent right down to us understanding that that is sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that which has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that is given towards the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad has already been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
