Since muslims think that the prophets of Allah(swt) are pure and innocent, for Allah(swt) would only choose the best among mankind who were tested within their lives to steer individuals who had gone astray and convey them for the right path.
Say (O Muslims), "We trust Allah and that that has been sent right down to us which which was sent right down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring in the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that that is provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that which has been given towards the prophets using their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so merely the Quran and Hadiths can provide you true guidance.
