Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah which that is sent down to us understanding that which was sent into Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], which which has been provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that is given to the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will be restored no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths will give you true guidance.
