We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad has already been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
