We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad had been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
