Say (O Muslims), "We trust Allah knowning that that has been sent right down to us which that is sent as a result of Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring from the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that that is provided to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that that is given for the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since last Prophet Muhammad is there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
