We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we've got submitted (in Islam)."

Today considering that the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) will come back no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so only the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
