Say (O Muslims), "We rely on Allah knowning that which has been sent as a result of us which which has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], understanding that that has been presented to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), and that which was given for the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today because the last Prophet Muhammad had been there won't be any more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so exactly the Quran and Hadiths can give you true guidance.
