Say (O Muslims), "We have confidence in Allah which which was sent right down to us which that is sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), Ya'qub (Jacob), also to Al-Asbat [the offspring with the twelve sons of Ya'qub (Jacob)], knowning that which has been given to Musa (Moses) and '??sa (Jesus), knowning that which has been given towards the prophets from other Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, also to Him we now have submitted (in Islam)."
Today since the last Prophet Muhammad had been there will be no more prophets (prophet Isa (Jesus)(AS) is no new book but to uphold the Quran ) so just the Quran and Hadiths may give you true guidance.
